National Recognition for a Kansas Project
Shilling Construction is proud to be featured in AsphaltPro Magazine for the successful completion of the Maple Hill, Kansas roadway improvement project.
The nationally recognized trade publication highlights the teamwork, craftsmanship, careful planning, and community partnerships that helped transform one of Wabaunsee County's most important transportation corridors.
The Maple Hill project combined improvements to Main Street with nearby Highway 40 roadway work, allowing crews to maximize efficiency while minimizing impacts to residents, businesses, and the traveling public. The result is a smoother, longer lasting roadway that will serve the community for years to come.
More than just another paving project, the feature recognizes the collaboration between Shilling Construction, Wabaunsee County, the City of Maple Hill, project stakeholders, and the dedicated field crews whose commitment to quality made the project a success.

More Than Pavement
Successful infrastructure projects are about more than asphalt. They strengthen communities, improve safety, support local businesses, and create lasting value for the people who live, work, and travel there.
Shilling Construction is grateful for the opportunity to partner with Wabaunsee County, the City of Maple Hill, project stakeholders, and our dedicated field crews to help deliver a project the community can be proud of.
